Phones and other smart gadgets have been an inevitable part of all the students, keep away these things for a while. Do not try to multitask. Studying while watching television or while listening to music will affect your consistency and will make it difficult for you to concentrate. Minimize social media usage. Students use the social media as a mean of refreshment but the truth it is distracting you and drags you to another world where you forget the value of time.

CHOOSE A SUITABLE STUDY AREA

Identify an appropriate environment and place to study. Choose your study place wisely. Whenever you are studying ensure that you inform your family members or your roommates that you are not to be disturbed.

PREPARE A TO-DO LIST

A systematic study schedule should be created along with a to-do list. Divide your studies into smaller parts set it as small goals. If we see a lot of work piled up then we get demotivated easily. As you complete each goals it builds a positive feeling and confidence inside you and help you to reduce your stress.

EAT HEALTHY FOOD

A proper diet is very important for a healthy mind. Eating too much will actually make u sleepy so go for small meals. Choose snacks that will give you energy rather than the ones that will make you lethargic. Keep yourself hydrated with enough amount of water.

A SOUND SLEEP!!

A proper nap is extremely important during exam time. Most students stay late night and cram the whole night. It’s absolutely a wrong idea because a sound sleep recharges your brain.

Again, this is where planning your study time can make a big difference.

Having small breaks in between each study session is a must. It will refresh your mind and help to concentrate better.
